Certificate of Incorporation (COI) — India 🇮🇳
A Certificate of Incorporation is the official birth certificate of a company in India.
It is issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) through the Registrar of Companies (RoC) once your company is legally registered in INDIA.
Importer-Exporter Code
The Importer–Exporter Code (IEC) is a mandatory business identification number issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India.
It authorizes Indian companies to legally export goods and services world wide. An IEC is issued once and remains valid for a lifetime, confirming that the exporter is officially registered and compliant with Indian foreign trade regulations.
